Interpretype® Communicator 2.2 (ITY C2.2)

The ITY-C2.2 is the most versatile Interpretype system because it offers the most applications flexibility. It can be used in many locations either in the office or out in the field. And, it can easily be upgraded to perform real-time language translation with the addition of the optional Language Translation software.

The ITY-C2.2 computers can be connected in a peer-to-peer configuration for private conversations typical of employee interviews or management discussions. Users can also separate the ITY Computers and connect each of them to other computers in different areas or departments utilizing the ITY Communicator software.

This system includes an ITY carrying case, two ITY computers, two ITY Communicator software CD’s/licenses, and all of the necessary cabling and power supplies.

Interpretype® Communicator 1.1 (ITY C1.1)

This system is designed for use in conjunction with one of your in-place Windows or Vista operating system computers. It is ideally suited as an accommodation at an employee workstation, for “over the counter” customer service applications, or when connected to a laptop, a tool for field/off site meetings. An ITY-C1.1 ensures your organization is prepared for accurate and confidential dialog regardless of the situation, location or environment.

The ITY-C1.1 includes a single ITY computer, one ITY Communicator CD/license, plus the necessary cabling and power supplies to connect to a PC or laptop computer.

Interpretype® Communicator 2.0 (ITY C2.0)

This peer-to-peer configuration is the definitive portable communication system. An ITY-C2.0 can easily be taken anywhere and then set up for face-to-face conversation in a matter of seconds. That means accurate and confidential communication regardless of the meeting environment. Whether a noisy manufacturing floor or a quiet library, a conversation with Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Speech disabled or signing individuals; there will be no mistake of what was said, when, or by whom.

This package includes an ITY carrying case, two ITY computers, and all the necessary cabling and power supplies.

Interpretype® Translator 1.1 (ITY T1.1)

This system delivers all the benefits of Interpretype plus it translates conversations in real time between English speaking people and those who speak only Spanish or French. ITY-T1.1 is designed for use in conjunction with one of your existing Windows or Vista OS computers.

It is a perfect configuration for environments that serve Spanish and French speaking people in addition to people who have a communication disability. For applications requiring mobility connecting the ITY-T1.1 to a laptop computer is ideal.

The ITY-T1.1 includes one ITY computer preloaded with Interpretype Language Translation software, one ITY Communicator software CD/license, and all the necessary cabling and power supplies to connect to a PC or laptop computer.

Interpretype® Computers

Interpretype computers are built on the Acer Aspire One PC platform. These powerful, low profile computers make services more accessible without being intrusive to the working environment. ITY computers feature a 9-inch full color screen with font and contrast adjustments that make communicating easy for a variety of users in any environment. Every ITY computer is delivered with Windows XP Home, Wi-Fi card, stereo speakers, audio input and output connections and a web cam. These ultra-portable computers can access the Internet, Video Relay Services and Video Remote Interpreting. Every ITY Computer comes preloaded with ITY Communicator software, and affords customers the option of adding the ITY Language Translation software. All ITY computers can be connected using the secure ITY Communicator cable, Ethernet connections or wirelessly through the internal Wi-Fi network card. Peer-to-peer and multi-user configurations are all possible.
